Privacy notice

We respect your privacy and handle personal information in line with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What we collect

Only what you choose to send us when you enquire, such as your name, phone number, travel dates, group size, and pick-up or flight details.

How the form works

Our enquiry form does not store your details on this website. It opens WhatsApp with your message filled in, and nothing is sent until you press send. Messages sent on WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and arrange your trip. We do not sell your information. We share only what is needed with the people who help deliver your trip, and only once you have booked.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by messaging us on WhatsApp at 083 229 5125. You may also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
